All information gathered from the Rochester ARTWalk website is used internally for it's specific designated purpose. If you submit information via the Volunteer form, it will be used solely for volunteer related matters. Information submitted to the mailing list will only be included in the ARTWalk mailing list. Your information will not be sold or shared with any organization, commercial or otherwise, outside of ARTWalk.

We will remove anyone from our mailing list, or volunteer list that requests to do so. Please contact us to be removed from a specific mailing list or our volunteer list. You will automatically be signed up to our mailing list unless you uncheck the "mailing list" box when submitting the volunteer form. You will recieve instructions on accepting the subscribtion and information on how to opt-out. (To opt-out of the "list", send a message to ARTWalk@gmail.com.

Visitor information, such as network IP address, web browser software and web browser version, page referer and time of day of each visit is logged via the webserver application. It is then used to give ARTWalk an understanding of what information is most valuable to our guests. Site logs are not shared with any organization, commercial or otherwise, outside of ARTWalk.
